22/01/23 Sunday's menu at the Box

The Box menu Sunday open 2-8pm:

Bresaola, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, parmesan and wild rocket £8. Gruyere and caramelised shallot tart £6. Prawn crevette, mango and Macadamia nut salad £8. Truffle smoked salmon with fresh horseradish, creme fraiche and Penny Bun Bakehouse crusty bread £9.

Roast free range chicken or slow roast lamb £12.50, Aberdeen Angus fillet steak £18. All served with roast potatoes, carrots, fine green beans, cauliflower, yorkshire pudding and gravy.

Vegetable Wellington Baron Bigod brie, mushroom duxelle. spinach, roasted butternut squash, carrot puree, seasonal greens and mashed potatoes £12.

Dark chocolate cointreau pot with raspberries and flaked almonds £3. Gooseberry crumble with custard or cream £5.
